HI, Has anyone esle has any issues with newer versions of Setpoint and thier Logitech Mice? I have a new MX400 and the version of setpoint that came with it, ver. 2.49a works ok and I am able to get to the settings tab to map the buttons etc. Medal Of Honor Allied Assault Free Download Iso. Unfortunately any version newer than that and the drivers in the build do not work so it causes the system to use the HID compliant mouse driver. Download Driver Stick Usb Itech Cellular on this page. The problem with that is then the Setpoint software does not realize it is a Logitech mouse and I get no settings tab for the mouse.

If you browse the Logitech forums there are pages and pages of these complaints nit just for this mouse but others as well. I was just wondering if anyone else may know a fix as Logitech support apparently does not. The one thing I have pinned it down to is every version of Setpoint after 2.49a fails to install the drivers properly and trying to force them leads to an error that the drivers did not install properly. Perhaps a $30 upgrade to the V400? HI, Can't afford that. I am disabled and on a fixed budget. But sob story aside. What would/could be the ramifications of just using the older version I have till they get a fix.

It certainly is not an isolated issue. They mainly see this if the mouse is used through a KVM switch so their first course was to ask if I had it plugged directly into the PC, which I do. I guess I could try this on my server, a totally different setup from mine to see if it's the mouse itself. Bottom line is if the current driver works ok and 4.0 does not what are the chances it is a faulty mouse itself?
